We are back on track again and will ascend up to St Louis during the day on Tuesday. We went down on Monday with class as we got a ride from a friend of a friend at Zebrabar. With class means; Land Rover Defender 2003! I never thought one could ride so silently over road bumps and on corrugated roads, but yes, its possible. Betsy tend to make more sound as she has become a bit squeaky over the years, but I find the sounds both romantic and personal.

As I said, Betsy is again back from the operating table and what happened to her is still a bit Greek. My current co-pilot Rune has decided to leave us in Dakar so any new pilots are welcome to join. Possible destinations are Gambia, Guinea Bissau, Mauritania and Morocco.
