Dakar, Senegal - Sunday 23 December 2007 - The biggest gift of them all

Not much is said about our next co-pilots arrival and it might be because a lot has been uncertain about the date and places where to meet. Eli Størset will be received by us for the third time and might be the person that has spent most days with Betsy and myself. Rune will beat that record next year, but thats another story. Right now everything has to be focused on getting Eli to base camp.

The picture shows Betsys shelter over Christmas and on the right, Dr Walters, who will be responsible for Betsys recovery. A gearbox is already in place and we are now waiting for the transferbox parts.
