Monrovia, Liberia - Saturday 1 December 2007 - What a mess

Today the gearbox was installed by 2.30 pm but we encountered another problems starting the Lady up. The dream-team forgot to disconnect the battery so we had a shortcut and a small fire going through the whole "van". Result; burned out wires and a car full of smoke. It could have been much worse as I was not present at the moment and the rear part was closed. We waited three hours for the electrician to show up but had to give up. Hopefully someone will show up tomorrow and fix the mess.
