Monrovia, Liberia - Friday 30 November 2007 - The big Quiz

Its not much needed to make me happy these days. Thursday evening at 6.41 PM one of the mechanics said; "Bossman, tomorrow you will be leaving this place...." he finished the sentence with "...Insh-Allah". I didn't really need that ending or that this work is something that is govern or destined by Gods will, but lets give the man some faith. By all means, he has never said it before and for all I know, he means it and who knows, he might be right.

On the picture you can see Betsy on Thursdays test-drive, one of many that has been sadly disappointing. BUT with the words from the gearbox crew, we are all cheered up! On Thursday it has been mostly a guessing game on what is wrong with the gearbox rather than knowing for sure what they were doing. Finally 30 minutes before dark they know the fault and all of them are confident.
