I get daily newsfeeds from ReliefWeb that informs me on updates from all the countries that I am visiting which is a service provided from the United Nations. On Friday I browsed through the upcoming countries and the above message was displayed on all of them.

The reason for posting this is to calm down familiy and friends that are sending co-pilots down (and also of course to calm down my own mother). You know how it is, even though I am now almost sixty years old, they still try to nurse you through life virtually. And why not! Its good to have people home and abroad that are concerned about your well being.
