Bouar, Central African Republic - Sunday 22 July 2007 - The country's capital
It took 15 years of planning and building before they could officially proclaim a new capital in Nigeria. Driving through the city is quite a joy compared to other capitals we have visited (especially the inner circle of it). It is located in a ethnically neutral region and its scenic valleys and productive farmlands are an enjoyable sight as you drive towards the capital. And we of course are staying at Sheraton.
