The more the merrier... Three confirmed new co-pilots has joined the list of braves and will attend as cowboy-pilots the next couple of months. These are Geir Blakstad (who will escort my mother), Gunnar Hanssen and Geir Tevassvold, none of the persons mentioned are unfamiliar to distant travelling and one of them lived and worked on the continent (Liberia).

Gunnar met Betsy in 2005 in South Africa and I assume he we will be both pleased to meet her again and shocked to see the state she is in. Those who knows the map of Africa will discover that our trip to Dja national park has been cancelled and that we are climbing north towards Chad at the moment.
