Obia, Congo - Sunday 20 May 2007 - We almost made it to the border of Gabon
It should have been a different banner on top of the page today, but we chose to stop before reaching the brooder. We have already stamped out of Congo, so the border cant be far away. It is just that we found a perfect spot on top of a hill overlooking the entire Republic of Congo (so it looks anyway). It is so peaceful and quiet up here I can almost hear the mosquitoes breaking the wind.
On the above picture you see "Children of Africa's" Congolese participant Nsoungi Fallone. The interview was a challenge because she was very quiet and the local supporter was not. Magnar had to help me set thing straight and we managed to finish the interview to everyone's satisfaction.
