Thanks to great efforts from the Norwegian Embassy in Asmara, we are now on our way north-west towards Sudan. After three weeks standing in line, waiting endlessly, we finally got rewarded with a driving permit and a Sudanese visa. We have to be in Sudan before the border closes on Saturday, thats when the Eritrean visa expires. Just wanted to share with you that we are thrilled and thankful.
