After amazing 60.000 kilometres without a puncture, I had to show some good will and retire the old but reliable Michelin tyres. Through "thick and thin" as we say in Norway, they have showed to be as good as Michelin promised 17 countries earlier.

Thanks to Ali Liaquat. we were able to buy and replace the tyres within one hour on Sunday afternoon. It is remarkable how we run into good hearted people in every town/country we visit. Ali, moved here from Pakistan 20 years ago is himself an enthusiastic overlander and stopped to have a chat when he spotted Betsy in town. I am very happy with Betsy, who can attract so many men and gives us all these contacts.
