If you cherish wildlife and nature (which you should, if you have taken the time going to Tsavo in the first place) you would rarely find a camp with such abundance of game that close to the cocktail lounge. We counted nine different animals (included lion and leopard) while sitting in the safe haven in the bar area. At one time there were about 35 elephants in sight! Experiences like that are priceless.

During our two gamedrives we spotted 20+ animals and numerous rare bird speices which was an amazing experience. Cheetah chasing buffaloes which in my view was more stupid than brave. A pride of 14 lions hunting a buffalo and viewing herds of 1000+ buffaloes. We could go on... and we stayed only one night! Note: We are going back on Monday, staying two more nights and we will keep you informed of further exallirating experiences at Tarhi and Tsavo East national park... Keep a close lookout!!!
