The weather is moist, very hot and you could easily get climate sickness. Especially if you live close to the polar circle or you are used to only two weeks of summer a year.

On Tuesday Rune arrives from Oslo and joins up with Betsy and myself in a four weeks adventure in Tanzania and Kenya. He will bring some surprises with him both for some of the people we meet up with during our trip, but also some minor surprises for me (I hope). Last word from him was from Frankfurt waiting for a transit to Dubai. So as this was written and posted, he was behind the clouds somewhere.

Monday was spent at Land Rover again, while CMC in Dar Es Salaam was doing a lubrication service, which they didnt have time to do on Friday and did not inform me about. I tried to get information on what was done on Friday but everybody was busy leaving the workshop to celebrate their weekend off. I noticed that the diesel filter was not changed so I had to go back on Monday. The good thing is, now she is ready to welcome Rune although we are spending a few days without Betsy the first days.
