Boulders Bay, South Africa - Sunday 26 February 2006 - Visiting Cape Agulhas and Cape Point

Down south, it is very much up to yourself and your wallet what you want to experience. The price level is much higher than anticipated and the entertainment and joy that one should have taken part in will therefore be limited. Nonetheless there are a few things that we should not miss out on. And we wanted to visit Robben Island, Table Mountain and Play with the penguins. Visiting Cape Point is not that expensive, 45 Rand to drive into the national park to view the famous Cape the Good Hope and see the playful baboons on the roadside. 20 Rand to swim with the penguins, but when you arrive before eight in the morning its FREE... The southernmost point of Africa was FREE! But climbing up the lighthouse cost you money. Because I was there on a job, they let us up for FREE!
One last thing that would have interesting, is to dine in Hout Bay. Put on the nicest of clothes and dig into the well known fish dishes that everyone talks about. We are staying in the area for four days, so who knows what will follow the hotdog dinner we served the first night in Cape Town Happy reading!
