I have been working out the cost sharing
budgets for my passengers. Unfortunately my spending
prior to this project has been quiet unreasonable,
but I am sure its worth every penny spent.

Thats one of the reasons of course, that I have
to charge my "guests" a few dollars for lodging!

So after a lot of calculations, the numbers are
ready and the daily rate for joing cape2cape

is 40 US Dollar per day

which includes fuel, services, taxes,
camping fees. Car related VISAs,
Carnets, entrancefees to parks etc.

Additional personal costs will be
your own personal Visa's, personal
entrance fees to national parks,
food and of course pocket money.

When I mentioned the price to my first
passenger, he startet bargining and you
know what, the price just went up!

I am sorry to say, the price cant be
lowered down, so if it is too much, well then I rather go solo.

What I have invested in, can be read on the Equipment pages, but I will
not elaborate too much on how much I have spent on every single detail.

My daily budget is 50 dollars and without any sponsorship, my finaces will
take me all the way up to southern Europe. What I dont know is the expences that
I have not counted on, like major repairs, bails etc.
